Glenrothes Aeromodelling Club has a long 100M grass runway
and a large flying area over the fields towards Coaltown of
Balgonie. Fixed wing flyong take place most days of the
week when the weather is good although Saturday and Sunday
are busiest .
All types of fixed wing Models are flown including , Scale Power,
Aerobatic, powered gliders and many foamies.
The club holds club funfly events around one per month per
or so in the summer which are great fun and enjoyed by all the members
GAC members enjoy funfly's and flying at night with
illuminated models which adds to the fun and enjoyment of fixed wwing flying.
